At Cliveeys Collectibles, we comply fully with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in our Refunds & Returns Policy limits or removes your statutory rights under UK law.

1. Quality & Description of Goods

Under UK law, goods must be:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If any item you receive does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You have the right to reject the goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

  • If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos.

3. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind – Online Orders)

When shopping online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if there is no fault.

Important Product-Specific Conditions

Due to the nature of sealed trading cards and collectibles:

  • Items must be returned unopened and in their original sealed condition.

  • If a seal has been broken, tampered with, or resealed, the item cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

This aligns with UK law where goods are unsuitable for return once unsealed, to protect consumers from tampered or compromised products.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you cancel your order due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

5. Condition & Evidence

To help resolve issues fairly and efficiently:

  • Please take clear photos of items before opening any seals.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and seals, unless the return relates to a fault.

Returns that show signs of tampering or resealing may be refused.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once the return is approved and inspected.

Where UK law provides greater protection than our store policy, UK law will always apply.
