Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK via trusted courier services, such as Royal Mail or Evri.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within the UK and the size of your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days from the dispatch date. You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Yes! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

What items are eligible for return?

Yes, unless the item was faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, must include a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
