Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

  • If there is any evidence of tampering, resealing, or damage to the original packaging, your return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Important Notes

  • Proof Before Opening: Please ensure you take clear photos of the product before breaking any seals. This helps us confirm its condition if a return is requested.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If your return is not due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Condition Check: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the conditions stated above, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email george@cliveeyscollectibles.co.uk with the following details:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The reason for your return.

  3. Photos of the item(s), clearly showing the condition and seals.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers and the integrity of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or resealed products.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Products showing any signs of tampering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

  • You may choose either a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund.
